About the district

- OUR MISSION -

CHANGING THE MAKEUP OF ETERNITY IN THE UPPER-MIDWEST
We are convinced that we must focus on these three objectives with laser-like intensity
in order to close the gospel gap and become a movement of disciples who make
disciples:
  • The Raising Up and Releasing of Pastors and Lay Leaders.  This priority is first on our list because, quite frankly, without leadership, the other two priorities simply won’t happen. John Maxwell was right when he said, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”
  • Church Multiplication. Reaching our culture happens best through church planting. We are committed to plant new churches in the major population areas of our district as we find called and competent church planters with whom we can partner.
  • Church revitalization.  We are strengthening our churches by providing skilled, passionate pastoral leadership, providing church consultation services and coaching.

The upper Midwest is a great place to grow. Corn, soybeans, and livestock grow well in
this area. So do churches as we find ways to more effectively meet the spiritual needs
of the communities in which we live.
